SF9's Chani, currently appearing as the smart and friendly high school student Woo Joo in JTBC's 'SKY Castle', compared his actual personality to Woo Joo's personality in the February issue of '@star1'!

Demonstrating handsome professionalism in his pictorial, Chani revealed in his interview, "I worried a lot and struggled a lot about how to depict the perfect, 3-dimensional Woo Joo. I thought hard about how to portray a realistic and charming character, but I'm slightly disappointed because I don't think I portrayed that part very well."

In the drama, Chani filmed a sudden kiss scene with actress Kim Bo Ra. He reflected back on the scene with, "I've never been kissed suddenly by someone, so I was very flustered. Even though it was written in the script and I knew it was going to happen, I was still embarrassed and flustered."

What about Chani's own high school days? "I'm similar to Woo Joo in that I'm bright and lively when I'm with my friends, but in high school, I was always sleepy so I fell asleep in class on top of my textbook and got caught," the idol shared. Finally, Chani said, "The SF9 members are also obsessed with 'SKY Castle'. They ask me what's going to happen next, but I keep telling them that they need to wait and watch the episodes."
